The property includes a spacious kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds that can also be used as a living room, and a terrace equipped with a table and loungers: perfect for relaxing with a stunning sea view! Spacious wardrobe closet in each room, fiber optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a large private parking area and a private shortcut that connects directly to the town (just a 5/10 minute walk away).

Villa Carla (7+3 posti letto) è composta da 2 camere matrimoniali, 1 camera con il letto a castello, 1 camera singola, 2 bagni con doccia, cucina e soggiorno con divano letto singolo ed un divano con penisola (letto 150 x 180), un giardino molto ampio ed esclusivo, ombreggiato da una pineta secolare, attrezzato con tavolo, ombrellone e sedie per mangiare fuori. Cucina attrezzata con 4 piastre elettriche, forno elettrico e microonde, lavastoviglie, wi-fi. Il mare dista 300m con spiaggia privata.

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

È una piccola casa con 2 camere, una sala, un angolo cottura e un bagno. Da delle scale esterne potrete raggiungere il solarium, arredato con tavolo, sedie ombrellone e sdraio. Sotto la casa, con accesso da delle scale esterne, c'è la mia zona lavanderia che userò nel massimo rispetto dei miei ospiti. La corte esterna è in comune e, nei periodi di alta stagione, ospiterà 2 delle nostre auto.
