L’appartamento è situato in una zona verdissima e, dalla sua posizione, abbiamo goduto di una vista magnifica sulle montagne circostanti. La zona è molto tranquilla ed è perfetta per chi, come noi, ama il contatto con la natura. L’appartamento è molto pulito e in ordine, rifornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Abbiamo ricevuto un’accoglienza piacevolissima che ha aggiunto la famosa ciliegina sulla torta per rendere la nostra permanenza semplicemente perfetta!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. Immerso nella pace in collina tra ulivi e vigneti, l'appartamento si è rivelato davvero ampio e confortevole, corrispondente alle foto. Parcheggio interno sempre disponibile, insonorizzazione efficace a finestre chiuse, materassi e cuscini di buona qualità uniti all'aria condizionata presente nella camera da letto, ci hanno permesso di riposare al meglio. Dal terrazzo si gode del fantastico panorama (un'autentica cartolina) e, alla sera, non manca mai, persino nelle giornate più calde di agosto, una bell'arietta fresca che rende molto piacevole il soggiorno. Gianluca e la sua famiglia si sono dimostrati gentili, attenti, disponibili e pronti per qualsiasi evenienza. Presenti quando serve e discreti allo stesso tempo. E' la soluzione ideale per ogni tipo di vacanza, in breve tempo si raggiungono mare o montagna, o anche essere la base per andare a visitare le bellezze dell'Abruzzo e del Molise. Davvero consigliato!

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Tom gentilissimo, la I urta disponeva di tutti i comfort necessari addirittura la macchinetta per fare il ghiaccio, in 4 giorni abbiamo avuto solo un piccolo problema con l acqua calda risolto in nemmeno 10 minuti, qualsiasi problema Tom è pronto a risolvere al momento, colazione perfetta con paste calde, posto fuori dal tempo perfetto per rilassarsi, non avremmo potuto trovare di meglio, posto vicino al paese di Catignano dove troverete tutti i servizi necessari tra cui alimentari e farmacia, sicuramente se ci sarà occasione torneremo a trovare Tom.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend tranquillo e piacevole in questa villa. Luogo silenzioso e lontano da rumori. Marco è stato molto gentile, ci ha dato indicazioni sulla zona e in quali ristoranti mangiare. Villa uguale alla descrizione, immersa nella natura. Ambienti spaziosi e puliti. Piacevolmente soddisfatto

Prenotato con una certa fretta per via di circostanze personali particolari, l'alloggio di Valentina si è dimostrato un’ottima soluzione per il soggiorno a Pescara. Host molto disponibile, posizione perfetta in centro con servizi e supermercato nelle estreme vicinanze (tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi). Nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort (grazie al wifi siamo riusciti anche a lavorare comodamente in smart-working): insomma, ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Abbiamo scoperto una località bellissima, colma di storia e cultura. Anche se è un piccolo paese Isola del Liri offre una vasta gamma di locali di ogni genere, e direi pure fantasiosi. Cibo ottimo, persone piacevolissime con cui abbiamo instaurato subito rapporti amicali. Proprio sotto l'appartamento c'è La Proseccheria, delizioso localino romantico dove abbiamo gustato ottimi aperitivi in compagnia dei simpatici proprietari. L'appartamento, perfetto per una coppia, è accogliente, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Ci torneremo!

L'appartamento nello chalet di Alessia è l'ideale per chi, seppur a tre minuti di auto dal centro di Pescasseroli, cerca tranquillità e spazi magari per portare a spasso i propri cani. il pezzo forte della casa è il salone ed il suo gigante camino, che naturalmente abbiamo utilizzato tutte le sere per grigliate le ottime carni locali. La cucina è piccola ma essenziale. Nella zona notte molto comodo il riscaldamento a pavimento. Le camere un po piccole, in due si sta bene, in quattro stretti. Gentile il custode che ci ha anche fatto arrivare la legna da ardere.

We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

La casa di Stefano è incastonata nei meravigliosi vicoli di magico borgo antico di Pettorano. La casa ha un affaccio su una bellissima vista di montagna del monte Genzano, accompagnato dal suono del fluire del fiume Gizio, nel vero centro della riserva naturale. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno fantastico. I consigli di Stefano su cosa mangiare (ristoranti del centro storico da raggiungere a piedi) e di cosa vedere, sono stati utili. Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Dear Gunilla and Niklas we thought your house was just perfect with the most spectacular views. Many thanks for the help with the lighting to the steps. We watered the plants as often as we could and managed to clean the pool with the robot a couple of times each week. We will be back and I understand Jo Jo's family have already booked for next year so we will fit our dates around them.

We hebben genoten van een heerlijk verblijf. Gianni en zijn dochter zijn twee warme, lieve mensen die zorgden voor een fijn onthaal. We voelden ons meteen thuis in hun prachtig huis. De regio is heel mooi en je weet dat als er een probleem is je bij de host terecht kan. Tegelijkertijd gaven ze ons alle privacy. Er is een prachtig zwembad dat heel goed onderhouden is. Wij willen graag terugkomen en kunnen dit huis en deze hosts alleen maar aanbevelend.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help—every time we had a question or a small issue, they responded incredibly quickly and warmly. The house is beautifully decorated, full of charm and character, and the surrounding views are simply stunning. As is often the case with older houses, getting a consistently warm shower took a bit of patience now and then—but that’s just part of the charm. One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible adventure in the Falvaterra caves—absolutely unforgettable, and the perfect complement to the peaceful atmosphere of the house. And we must mention the sweetest little dog, who often came by to say hello and happily accepted all the cuddles and scratches. We felt very well taken care of and would happily return!

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche zu viert mit Hund in der Villa Margherita verbracht und uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der große Garten bietet viele gemütliche Sitzecken, der riesige Pool war einfach perfekt. Unser Hund liebte es, durch den Olivenhain zu laufen, toll war, das das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt war. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und gibt viele Tipps für Ausflüge, angenehm war auch die flexible Check out-Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

L’abitazione in se è stata molto carina , le camere sono spaziose , pulite ed ognuna munita di un bagno , il salotto e la cucina sono molto accoglienti e la posizione delle casa rispetto anche al paese lì vicino è molto strategica . Il giardino è molto grande e grazioso dove si possono fare cene fuori e soprattutto un bagno nella piscina panoramica La location è adatta anche per più nuclei famigliari perché la struttura garantisce la propria privacy
