Modern minimalist apartment with view to the water.Amenities in the same place. Food .Gym. Cinemas. .Historic Dockyard Museum is in use from 1567 building ships to the Royal Navy for more than 500 years.The rail station is 8 minutes away.From there the speed train will leave you in King Cross St Pancreas stations,in central London. Not pets allowed.But service dogs are permited.Not smoking in all the building. Walking distance to Medway Campus,host of 3 universities.Greenwich,Kent, Canterbury .

Old town seaside flat with courtyard garden

Enjoy a stylish experience at this seaside flat, just metres from the beach, the Turner Contemporary and the old town. We are behind the Fort Road Hotel (Guardian top 10 best new hotels of 2022!) with their fantastic restaurant ‘Colina’ and basement bar. Have excellent locally sourced meals and fab cocktails - all without crossing the road. The flat has some sea view from the living room and is newly fitted out in a contemporary style. It’s particularly good for working from the seaside!

The studio has a private entrance from your own south facing balcony overlooking trees and the artistic apartment overlooks the garden with far sea view. Close to Anglia and C2C stations from London with convenient bus and airport links. Full fibre wi-fi. TV with Netflix as well as fridge, microwave, toaster + kettle for light snacks. The spacious bathrooms have bathtub and shower. We provide tea, coffee and biscuits and self check in.

The village offers a shop and 2 pubs which serve excellent food. The Town of Tonbridge is 10 minutes away by car and Sevenoaks town centre is 20 minutes. Tonbridge train station to London Charing Cross is approximately 1 hour and Sevenoaks train station to London is approximately 50 minutes.
