Tiny houses in Rockingham County

Location, location, location. I grew up spending thousands of hours swimming at Shots Sands Beach, playing at Fun-o-rama and getting kisses at the Goldenrod. This is a perfect place for a family with young kids. We watched in wonder as a hummingbird sipped from a flower in the window box. The new shower is large enough for two people. The antique fixtures give this cottage fabulous charm. Remember to bring your own bed linens and towels. Doug and Laura are great caretakers of this cottage. We had great communication from the hosts. We will definitely be back!!

The cottages are a bit rustic, as described. But, the location can’t be beat!! We arrived after dark and were so pleasantly surprised in the morning on our first walk to the end of the driveway. So close to the water! The view was incredible!!

Beautiful home within a 30 min beach walk to Ogunquit. When we arrived the place was clean and well set up and due to the clear instructions given by Deborah we were easily able to organise the small space for the murphy bed. As shared the shower inside the home does not have a big hot water tank (less than 5 min worth), however the two outdoor showers (in covered stalls) have good water pressure and heat. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset. Great place for 2 people looking to spend most of their time out on the beach or in town.

I can’t think of one negative thing about to say about this place. It was quiet and peaceful, the porch is great! I could hear loons all night long. There is a beautiful butterfly bush outside with monarchs and hummingbirds all day long. I was very sad to leave this place. Sarah was very kind.

La localisation était parfaite. A deux pas de la mer, une belle plage et un beau parc. Les 6 autres voisins était respectueux et gentils. Les appareils ménagers, les lits étaient propres et comme neufs. On a eu un petit problème pour le lit superposé. la communication par Email avec Heidi a été efficace et elle s'en occupé rapidement. On a été satisfait. Le seul inconvénient était que pour 4 adultes et un enfant plus un chien, la cabane était un peu trop petite. Mais heureusement qu'il a fait beau et on a pu manger dehors. The Blue Fish Cottage was adorable, comfortable, and perfect for our weekend fall getaway. We loved being walking distance from a quirky bar and a tasty restaurant. Being 3/4 of a mile from Wallis Sands Beach was perfect. Brian and Susan were gracious hosts, and even joined my cheering crew for the Wallis Sands Triathlon!

Was a wonderful place. Nice and clean. Very well equipped with more than you will need. Nice flowers around the property, a nice sand path to the beach surrounded by local nature. The host was very responsive and there were clear instructions inside. They were flexible when we had some changes in the number of guests. Was cozy and bright!!! We definitely want to return soon.

It was a great experience to stay here. The space was a perfect size for a couple looking to get away. The space was clean and only a 10 second walk from a private beach. Our host was fantastic. She checked in to make sure we had everything we need and even provided us with travel sized bathroom supplies. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway!

We absolutely loved the tiny house it was so cozy and they described it just as it was. Would stay there again.

Cute cottage, steps from the ocean. I was there to surf, and I caught some good waves at Long Sands Beach and had a relaxing stay at Jesse's cottage.

The Villas were clean and easy. Instructions were helpful and informative. It’s a great place to stay when visiting family.

We booked this little cabin last minute while we were travelling. I am so glad that we were able to book it and have a destination to look forward to for the night especially since we had extreme storms pop up on our drive. The check-in was easy and the place was immaculate. We had plenty of space and the cabin was decorations were cozy but updated. Would definitely stay here again. it would be perfect for a trip with multiple couples so they could have their own space but congregate around the wonderful fire pit.
