Missy’s place is comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the bike park at Massanutten, as well as many restaurants. Missy is a remarkable host. There were treats, coffees, and teas. My son and I were there for a downhill mountain bike race, so we spent most of our time at the race venue, but the rental was perfect for our needs.

Sallys place reminds me of how Airbnb used to be.. renting a place for a night or two without spending a fortune. Easy check in/out plus a comfortable stay. What more could you ask for? Thanks again!

Stayed at Pete & Kyle’s as a halfway point for our drive south to Tennessee, both on the way down and then again on the way back north. It was as advertised and exactly what our family needed as a quick layover before we got back on the road. Place was extremely clean, located in a beautiful area, and a part of a wonderful house. I don’t think we could have asked for anything more.

We were celebrating my son’s graduation from Bridgewater College this weekend, and Charles’s place was perfect for our family of six. Although there are only two bedrooms, there is an extra twin bed, an inflatable bed, and plenty of linens and blankets. Charles has thought of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay in Bridgewater. His place is clean, quiet, and private. Thank you, Charles, for another wonderful stay at Caprica.

A beautiful, peaceful, and private getaway. The quiet porch was perfect for relaxing, and although it’s just five minutes from restaurants and shopping, it feels like you’re tucked away in the woods. Highly recommend!

Amy’s place is adorable and close to many amenities. She was very thoughtful about items a single traveler might need (coffee cream, woo hoo)! It was cozy, quiet and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Amy answered all of my questions quickly and was very willing to provide whatever I needed. The setting is peaceful and next time I stay, I want to walk the back fields! A true gem!

Kris and Lori are amazing hosts and my son and I now consider Cottonwood Pond a home away from home. We have stayed several times now and each time, it is gorgeous, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Kris and Lori are friendly and accessible. The views are breathtaking there and it is just beautiful. We are so grateful for Cottonwood and can’t wait for our next visit!

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend while we attended the ODAC Championship Meet. We loved our stay! The atmosphere was peaceful, the bed comfortable, and oh there are no words to describe how amazing the bathroom was! Stephen and Esther quick to help answer our questions. Check in was simple. And, Esther went above and beyond by bringing me a case of fresh cut flowers! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay and very relaxing setting and beautiful home! Very well appointed kitchen with everything you could ever need…We loved watching the horse outside by the window in the morning! Bel endroit, tranquille et propre. Tout y est dans le logement pour rester 1 semaine. Paysage incroyable pour nos jogg autour du logement, a 15min de l’entrée du par national pour nos sorties en velo de route. Les hôtes sont très discret, leurs chats sont adorables.

Stayed here for a girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Everything was as described. I reached out several times for recommendations prior to our trip and they were extremely helpful each time. They even have lots of brochures and pamphlets for local attractions and restaurants waiting for you when you get there! We are definitely planning on visiting again and will be staying here without a doubt!

Everything about this place including Youssef was totally charming. We will definitely book again. Perfect location to visit JMU
