Amazing Seaview Vacation Cottage House

This cottage is a small single house totally independent of the main house, sitting isolated on the top backyard. Two separate entries, very privately and romantic, patio with a outdoor fireplace. Located beside the merge of Burnaby and Port Moody, By driving 35 minutes to Downtown Vancouver, 5 minutes to Barnet Marine Park and Rocky Point Park, 20 minutes to Balcarra Regional Park and Buntzen Lake Park. Simple cooking. The cottage in a noble and quiet neighbourhood. Residential neighbours here to be considerate of. Please be reasonable on and after 10PM. Smoking is only allowed outside. The cottage is pet friendly place, but is only for well behaved and trained pets. Pets are forbidden pee and /or poo in the room, otherwise it will be charged at least $200 extra. The cottage is surrounded by forest and garden , very natural , a little bit far from normal residential area, sometimes will see some tiny harmless insects only on the floor.

If you choose to stay with us, we will make your trip a memorable one! NOTE: Bookings for 1-2 guests get only 1 bedroom (queen bed or 2 single beds). Bookings for 3-4 guests get both bedrooms. If a party 2 guests, need separate rooms please book as 3 guests or there will be a $ 15/day extra charge.

Beautiful luxury one bedroom suite in new house. Walking distance to Rocky point park, and Brewers Row. Close to Mundy Park, Como Lake, Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex, SFU, supermarket, Starbucks, Liquor store, Banks. Downtown Vancouver is 35-40 minutes sky train ride. You can enjoy walking trails on Coquitlam Crunch, Shoreline Trail . During summer time you can visit Sasamat and Bantzen lakes , one of the warmest lakes in Metro Vancouver with great sandy beaches.

Your suite is a bright, clean, fully equipped, pet friendly, 1 bdrm ground level suite with your own patio. It is a quiet residential area with lots of trees & mountain view, only mins from shopping, restaurants, aquatic & rec centres, lakes, ocean & more. Skytrain, WCE & bus station is less than 10 min walk or 5 min drive away giving quick easy access to Downtown Vancouver & surrounding cities. I look forward to meeting & hosting you in my home. Starlight Poolside Suite

Starlight Poolside Suite is a perfect one-bedroom guest suite in my detached house in Coquitlam’s Ranch Park neighbourhood. Coq Centre Mall, West Coast Express Train and Skytrain all within a 15 minute drive! You can walk to all these but as I am on a hill, you may wish to take transit or a cab back (5 mins). The comfy king bed can be split into two twin XL beds upon request. Shared backyard and heated pool (POOL OPEN JUN THRU SEPT).

Entire Batchelor Suite with indoor fireplace!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located private spacious suite. Main level batchelor suite of an older house, with private entrance door, kitchenette, washroom, and Large room. Large backyard and front yard. Family of 4 living upstairs.Bus stop #160 is just 1min walking distance. Also Moody Skytrain Station and Rocky point Park, with famous brewery row just minutes drive away. Pets are welcomed with flat fee per stay.

Centrally located basement suite with 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a large bathroom. Our location is not recommended for guests who want to be close to downtown Vancouver, or are looking for proximity to Vancouver proper. We are 45 min via car from downtown Vancouver, 45 min drive from YVR Vancouver International Airport. We do not accept any 3rd party bookings. If you are not staying here, you cannot book for someone else.

Clean 1 Bedroom Suite central to everything

Cute & beautifully designed, 1 bedroom suite in charming Port Moody! Quiet family neighbourhood. Only a few steps to the skytrain to downtown, walk to all of Port Moody's breweries, inlet, groceries, lakes and West Coast Express. 800sq feet, 1 bedroom with lots of closet space, 1 sofa bed that pulls out to a small bed for 1 adult or 2 kids. washer/dryer, parking, fireplace, large kitchen and sitting space in the front yard.
