Soak Up the Retro-Inspired Vibe at This Inner City Gem

Curl up on the couch and unwind with some board games at this charming retreat on a tree-lined street. This gateway to the mountains combines bright, neutral decor with vintage details and wooden ceilings for a cabin-like feel. This unit is a private home with two bedrooms. Full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher; spacious living room and dining area. Full bathroom with bathtub and shower. Guests have access to their own washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Dedicated work space on main floor. Board games, TV, and high speed internet. We like to respect the privacy of our guests, but we are always available to answer your questions through the app. Capitol Hill is a desirable area boasting many paved bike and walking paths running along Confederation Golf Course and only 1 block from Confederation Park. Public transit (C-Train and buses), Jubilee Auditorium, SAIT, University of Calgary and McMahon Stadium are all nearby. 15 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes from downtown. Airport is a 20 min drive C-train (light rail transit) is a 15 min walk. 15 min walk to SAIT PolyTechnic 5 min drive (2 km) to University of Calgary 15 min walk to shopping, groceries (Safeway), pharmacy, and restaurants (North Hill Mall). While in Calgary you can use Uber, local taxi companies, Car to go, or public transit to help you explore what the city has to offer. The space can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (adults and children over 2) and up to 2 infants (baby supplies/equipment/playpens not provided). You may find locked doors or closets; these will not impact your stay

We are just 3 short blocks from the 17th avenue entertainment district, walking distance from the Stampede Grounds, train station, and many other downtown hot spots. Our place has a separate entrance, laundry machine & dryer, rooftop patio, and we don't charge a cleaning fee. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. My place (the duplex on the left side). Extremely clean home, focus on double cleaning wash first and then sanitizing throughout the home between guests. You’ll love my place because of views, location, new condition, steam shower feature in upper shower, the jacuzzi tub feature in lower washroom,the view of the Calgary skyline, the mountains, the river, etc, etc!!!! My place ,great for couples, solo adventurers. The home is close to public transport, the Calgary Zoo, 20 min from the airport.
