The house was a good size for 7 people. (mum/dad & 5 boys 16-21) We did not feel like we were on top of each other. Nice size backyard, which alot of cricket was played. The fire pit was well used for the 7 days we were there @ night. Ample space to park two cars and a double jet ski trailer. The beach was only a 5 minute walk from the property. The property also caters for a dog. We brought our dog with us, a chihuahua. The backyard is fully fenced. Close drive to launch our jet ski's. They had all amenities that we needed. I highly recommend this property for a larger group. Thank you so much we had a FANTASTIC time.

Simple, comfortable accommodation with all the basics you need. So very quiet and peaceful, fishing on your doorstep and nature all around. Neil is fun knockabout bloke and his little mate Turbo will stop by to say hello as well. We will definitely be going back as soon as we can.

We had a wonderful stay at Anne’s place. The house is amazing with great beach access. The views from the top deck were fantastic - we saw whales offshore nearly every day! Plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 teenagers and our spoodle. Highly recommend!

great stay, beautiful location

We had a lovely relazing time and enjoyed the amazing views of the beach and ocean. It is a family-friendly place to stay with plenty of fun to be had by adults and children. We are hoping to get back there in the near future, we highly recommend it.

Great unit in beautiful Agnes Water. It was spacious and convenient to pool and walks on the beach. The Pavilions team were very responsive and helpful communicators. I didn’t love that my teens had their own tvs in their bedrooms but others may like this. The hot tub in the pool area was no where near hot enough, this may be intentional as it is summer but I do love a hot hot tub to contrast a cool pool. We love Agnes and would definitely stay at the Pavilions again.

A beautiful place with the beach a stones throw away. Plenty of space for our family and resort pool was fantastic. Accommodation was very spacious and well equipped. We’ll definitely be back to stay at Sandcastles!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Great price for the time we stayed. Great apartment, spacious and comfy. We were on the ground floor so it was easy access to the pool and beach.

Liri's place was nice, roomy and what we expected. The only small thing was we were sent to the wrong villa and walked in on another family. After calling through we were easily redirected to our villa. These things happen. We enjoyed our stay and was allowed a late checkout for no extra charge.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place! The location was perfect, close to the beach with easy access. The space was not only spotless and cozy but also filled with thoughtful details that made it feel like home. Thanks to Leah for being super friendly and easy to communicate with. Check-in was smooth, and I felt right at home. Definitely a spot I’d come back to next time I’m in town!

Very relaxing getaway with friends

This place is heaven on earth. Will defiantly be back! Stunning location, super comfy beds, and an added bonus of the communal pool in the estate, it’s stunning!!

Our group really enjoyed our stay. House estate was very impressive. Was lovely to watch birdlife and lily pond wildlife activity. House was comfortable. Thank you Chrissy and your Lily Pad House.

We had a fantastic time at Rules Beach. The location is very remote (phone service in and out) and is a perfect spot to unwind and get away. The tent is set up in a new estate (only a few buildings around) which is effectively on a private beach, with access less than 50 metres straight out from the door and parkland either side of the estate. The tent has all basic essentials and is nicely furnished. The outdoor area is well put together and the outdoor bath / shower is very private. We’d love to come back to stay here again.

A top spot in the best location. The beach house felt like a home away from home. Great facility’s and as close as it gets to the beach and surf breaks. We will only be staying here from now on for our Agnes trips!

We were 2 families staying on holidays.. Tree Top Breeze was perfect- 2 master suites, 2 large bathrooms and 2 kids rooms. The house was spacious, well equipped and the view was beautiful. Kids enjoyed riding their bikes around the quiet streets of the estate and only a short drive into town and to the main beach. Highly recommend!
