• ROOM: A bright room with en-suite bathroom. The sink and shower cubicle are open to the room, while the toilet and bidet are in a separate, enclosed space. The shower cubicle features frosted glass for privacy. We provide essentials, a hairdryer, and extra pillows and blankets. Enjoy 150 Mbps Wi-Fi and a 32" HD Smart TV with all major streaming apps (feel free to use your own accounts for paid services). Air conditioning is available from June to September via a portable unit connected to the window. Heating is active from mid-November to mid-April. • SHARED COMMON AREAS: You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area. • BREAKFAST INCLUDED: Enjoy a self-service buffet breakfast with a wide variety of items: various teas and infusions, chamomile, different types of coffee, butter, fruit juices, various yogurts, cereals, rusks, toast bread, brioche bread, pancakes, assorted pastries (brioche, plum cake, muffins), various jams, peanut butter, Nutella, maple syrup, honey, sugar, and sweetener. We also offer whole grain, lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegan options. All products are pre-packaged. Please note, breakfast does not include items like eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, or fresh fruit.

The room is part of a B&B with 3 private bedrooms located in the heart of Monti district, 3 minutes away from the Quirinale, 12 minutes away from Trevi Fountain and 15 minutes away from the Spanish Steps and Colosseum. The whole apartment has been recently renovated, all bedrooms have been provided with a mini-fridge, 43" Led Smart TV and AC. Each guest is given a 3 towels set and 2 pillows. A baby cot can be added (complete of linen) for an additional 15€ per night. The central location allows you to get to the most important sights just by taking a short walk, while being located in a low traffic street helps keeping the outside noises down.

Per la vostra completa autonomia durante il soggiorno, la chiave della stanza è nel box chiavi accanto alla porta.
