O Apartamento de Alessandro é lindo! Bem decorado, camas confortáveis, assim como tudo na casa. Tudo novinho! Silêncio maravilhoso para dormir e o privilégio de acordar olhando as árvores. Eu e minha família amamos tudo! Alessandro nos deu recomendações úteis de como se locomover sem carro na cidade. Foi gentil em várias situações. Eu com certeza voltarei para ter dias de descanso. Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la nostra breve vacanza a Roma. Stefania è un host super amichevole ed è sempre stata attiva nelle nostre domande o richieste. La casa era come descritta in foto ed era stra pulita ed ordinata. Sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione come struttura per una nostra prossima visita nella capitale.

Host veramente disponibile! Tutto perfetto e tutto impeccabile. L’appartamento è ben organizzato ed il terrazzino è bellissimo. La casa si è presentata funzionale e comoda per lo spostamento 😄

A szállás jó környéken van, közel a metróállomáshoz. Közelben éttermek, boltok. Megfelelt a leírásnak, a lakás, olyan, mint a képeken: tiszta, jól felszerelt, igényesen berendezett. Ambra szuper házigazda, rendkívűl kedves, és mindig gyorsan válaszolt. Szívesen visszamennék, és másnak is ajánlom ezt a szállást.

The location is absolutely strategic, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I loved being able to step out and find a charming café or a local market just around the corner. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was inviting, and the space was thoughtfully arranged. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus, while the kitchen was well-equipped. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I even extended my stay! If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place with wonderful hosts, this is the perfect choice!

머무르며 모든것이 좋았던 숙소였습니다 :) 호스트인 Andrea도 계속 신경써주시고 불편할수있는 요청에도 너무 친절하게 받아주시고 :) 그리고 무엇보다 위치가 테르미니역 바로앞이라 이동하기도 너무 좋고, 주변에 마트도 많아요 !! 특히 투어일정있으신분들에게는 더 좋답니다 :) 다음에 로마에 또 방문하게 된다면 숙박의사 100% 입니다 ! 좋은 추억만들어준 Andrea 감사드려요 :)

Voto 9.5/10. Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Lucia was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to accomodate me and my golfers during our stay in both her houses in Olgiata. I would highly recommend staying in her lovely accomodation.

Nous avons passé un mois chez Gian Piero. Le logement est agréable, la terrasse et la place de parking privés sont un gros avantage. L’entrée du parking est petite mais pour notre voiture (une Clio III) ça passait. Le quartier est agréable, il y a un bus à 5min qui vous amène partout dans le centre ville de Rome et au Colisée ainsi que le métro. Gian Piero est un hôte arrangeant et disponible.

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Nice and comfy place! Perfect location- only a few minutes away from Fiumicino Airport. Clean and easily accessible. The host also offers a transfer service to and from the airport. Would highly recommend!

Voor mijn dochter en ik was het verblijf perfect wat we zochten. Weg van het drukke centrum in een gezellige buurt, met de metro vlakbij. Leuke ontbijt-en eetadresjes in de buurt. We werden warm onthaald door Luca die ons enkele tips beeorgde en een taxi voor ons regelde. Super vriendelijk, heel aangenaam.

Tutto perfetto, ringrazio Raffaele per la cortesia e disponibilità. La casa è molto bella e spaziosa, abbiamo soggiornato in 6 e gli spazi sono sufficienti e godibili. Raffaele sempre veloce a risponderci e venire incontro alle nostre necessità.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. idéalement situé, il permet de tout faire à pied. petit bémol pour le bruit, les fenêtres isolent assez mal et les bruits de l'extérieur nous ont régulièrement réveillés. la terrasse est agréable, malheureusement le système d'extraction du restaurant d'à côté est assez bruyant et les odeurs de friture pas très agréables. enfin, la salle de bain aurait besoin d'un petit coup de propre. tout le reste était impeccable

An excellent place right next to the Colosseum! The neighborhood is very walkable, and there’s a 24-hour grocery store right across the street. We loved the outdoor courtyard and jetted tub! The TV had every streaming option as well as local channels, so we were able to unwind after full days of sightseeing. Luca our host was extremely responsive and helpful to us. Grazie mille!

This is my second time staying at Antonella’s apartment. Very close to the colosseum and close to a lot of the major attractions. Her apartment is very clean and comfortable. Furthermore, Antonella is a great person, very friendly and easy to communicate with. I hope this apartment is available the next time I visit Rome. I highly suggest this apartment for anyone visiting the beautiful city.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Fabrizio. L’appartement est décoré de manière simpliste mais il est fonctionnel et au calme, tout en étant à deux pas du Vatican. La terrasse était très appréciable également, ainsi que la literie.

We absolutely lucked out with this beautiful apartment. It was exactly what our family of 4 needed to nurse our jet lag. This apartment was so quiet, so peaceful, and very well appointed. It is well located but still tucked away from the hoards of tourists. Rudi was very responsive and kind to us during our stay. There are two stories, each with its own bedroom which made the apartment feel quite large. We also loved the terraces to have a glass of wine before going out for dinner. 10/10.

Had a wonderful stay at Micheles appartment. All the sightseeing was able to be reached by foot and there were a lot of restaurants & shops nearby. Would totally visit again. Check-In & Out was very flexible aswell.

Valerio was an awesome host. We needed a late check-in and he was very accommodating. He was very responsive no matter what time we messaged. He sent us a detailed list of things to do and places to eat before we even arrived. The condo was immaculate and smelled great too! We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were super clean and the outdoor patio was great. The onsite, dedicated parking space was a must for us since we rented a car and it was located right outside the front gate. So convenient. The condo is just a short walk from St. Peter’s Square and there are restaurants to walk to just down the street. The area felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying at Valerio’s place if you are visiting Rome and looking for a beautiful, safe place with things to do within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Very walkable to nearby restaurants and bars. The terrace felt very private and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the space itself was tasteful and well laid out. Giacomo provided a wealth of local information, including restaurants and things to do. Definitely visit Evo Hostaria! It’s less than a 5 minute walk away and was our favorite meal in all of Italy!
