Tucked away in the hills, Relaimi Homestay was a peaceful retreat for my wife and me. From the moment we arrived, Sujata and Nischal welcomed us with warmth and generosity, making us feel instantly at home. The homestay itself was cozy and charming, with large windows opening to misty mountains. A highlight of our stay was Sujata’s incredible home-cooked meals. Her chicken momos, served with tangy chutney, were unforgettable. The Nepali thali—dal, bhaat, vegetables, and achaar—was wholesome and comforting. If you love mountain air, meaningful conversations, and soulful home-cooked meals, Relaimi Homestay is the perfect escape, it offers more than just a stay—it’s an experience that stays with you. Infact we booked the stay only for 3 days and then extended to another 2 days and we can’t wait to return here again.

My recent stay at Pranati Homestay was truly unforgettable. The moment I arrived, I felt like I had come home. The homestay offers a cozy, peaceful atmosphere paired with breathtaking views of Kalimpong’s lush landscapes. Every corner of the property is well-maintained and spotlessly clean, reflecting the care and love put into this place. One of the highlights was the beautiful garden area, where you can sit back and enjoy meals surrounded by nature and a spectacular view of the hills. Greystone farmhouse is a great stay. Nestled in between the hills and the plains surrounded by lush green paddy fields a treat for eyes. The cottage was beautiful and comfortable. Certainly a place to stay if u are looking for peace and nature.

A wonderful abode. Karma made us feel right at home. He was very responsive and helpful in guiding us throughout the stay. A must recommendation for those planning a trip to Gangtok

Sangay and Karma are great hosts. They take only one group at a time so we (me nd my partner) had the place to ourselves. You can requests the hosts for meal (for a very nominal price) incase you cant head out. The place looks exactly like in pictures and you will have a cozy feeling. The studio has a good vibe. Books to read and art of other students can be seen and enjoyed. Pets on the property are a great bonus.
