The owner is available as little or as much as guest would like. The owner's dog, a laid back Lab/Samoyed lives in the owner's part of the house. You are welcome to come say hi to "Annie" she loves people but she is not allowed in the guest area.
There are french doors with curtains separating the private guest area (which includes own living room, sun room, bedroom and bathroom) from the rest of this large home.

The owner is happy to help guests select restaurants or special unique and beautiful spots to explore. Also the owner can share places that the locals go to relax!
I have been a guest at homes throughout my travels and appreciate the memorable times I have experienced. I hope to give all of my guests a wonderful experience as well. I know the importance of a comfortable, clean and inspired space and think you will enjoy your time at this beautiful renovated historical home. I enjoy meeting new people whether it is for a short visit or long visit. I have two grown children, one living in London and the other in Portland. I enjoy traveling, gardening and have worked in education for many years. I welcome you in my home and to this lovely town of Brunswick and the outlying beaches and quaint villages. I am one block from Maine Street and a short 10 minute walk to Bowdoin College. (shops, restaurants, movie theater, grocery stores, tourist office, train station only minutes away walking) I would enjoy assisting you in making your visit to see your son or daughter terrific or your time as a "tourist" a great one to remember. I am available as much or as little as you need! :-)
