The house lies just beside the ski slopes in the middle of the Skiing area Alp Stätz, Valbella-Lenzerheide in the small village of Sartons. It’s location is ideal for taking a break at home while skiing. The attached house with 5.5 rooms is totally renovated and furnished in a very cosy as well as practical way. The apartment is ideal for 7 people and is equipped with all comforts. Upper floor: 1 double room (parent’s bedroom), 1 gallery room with a double bed and single bed including a playing-room for children, 1 double room, bathroom and toilet. Large new kitchen, fireplace with soapstone oven, living- and dining room, dining table for 10 people as well as a winter garden. 1 Toilet, ground floor. TV, W-LAN Internet free of charge, 1 underground parking with direct access to the house. Washing machine and tumbler are also available. Additional parking space at the long-term car parking of Valbella.

Kitchen: Oven with steamer, Solis coffee machine with grinding mechanism for coffee beans, ‘raclette ofen’ for 8 people, 2 Fondue Rechauds with pans, WOK-Pan, hand blender etc., salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil are available and must be replaced if used.
Ski boots warmer (heating) for 15 pairs of shoes and gloves.
Rental terms and conditions for holiday home ‚Casa Hofer’
1.Booking and down payment: For placing a reservation we will need your first name, family name as well as your complete address, phone number and e-mail. You will receive a confirmation of your booking per post, fax or e-mail, which we kindly ask you to sign and to send back to us. On our booking confirmation our bank details and a down payment of CHF 1’000.00 is stated. The down payment has to be placed within 5 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. If this is not the case, we will reserve the right to continue to rent out the holiday home. The outstanding balance is due 40 days prior to the agreed letting period. Up on arrival you have to leave a security deposit of CHF 500.00 in cash.
Early departure: In case of early departure 100% of the total booking is charged. There is no right for a refund!
Up on arrival you have to fill in a registration-form from the Tourism Association. A visitor's tax will be charged for the period of your stay.

On your arrival day, the holiday house is available for occupancy after 4:00 p.m., while we ask you to check out by 10:00 a.m.
Maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 7 adults. Should there be more people sleeping in the house you have to obtain permission from the landlord. If there is a noncompliance you will have to leave the house immediately and no costs will be refunded.
The customer is fully liable for damages caused by the customer himself or by the customer's guests in the holiday house and its inventory. Damages have to be reported immediately to the landlord. The resulting costs will be charged to the customer.
Smoking: Smoking is forbidden in all premises of the holiday house.
Pets: Pets not allowed
Cancellation till 2 months prior arrival, 10% of the total rental cost.
Cancellation till 1 month prior arrival, 50% of the total rental cost.
If cancelled after these terms, the total rental cost will be charged. It is advisable to negotiate a cancellation-insurance for example with (URL HIDDEN)
7.Place of jurisdiction:
The place of performance for tenant and landlord is the registered office of the landlord for any dispute arising from this contractual relationship.
