• The property is not ideal for elderly guests with knee or mobility issues (25 steps from entry to the first floor)
• Kitchen usage is for light cooking only; caretaker manages main meals.
• Smoking allowed only in open areas like balcony and terrace.
• Zomato delivery is limited, but caretaker arranges everything locally.
• Roads are hilly, drivers comfortable with Mussoorie roads recommended. From Mall road to the villa its a small ride that experienced hill drivers easily take. If you not one, pls CONTACT us we shall arrange a driver (On cost) or arrangements to park your car elsewhere!)
• For others, electric carts are available from Library Chowk (till 6 PM)
• Liquor store nearby, at Library Chowk

The ground floor bedrooms open out to forest balconies, while a short climb (about 25 steps) takes you to the upper-level bedrooms and the brand-new rooftop terrace — your private lounge in the clouds.
☕ Morning ritual? Brew your chai, step out to your balcony, and watch mist float through the deodar trees.
📚 Afternoon mood? Stretch out on the terrace lounger with a book or enjoy a lazy lunch under the sun.

• Parking for up to 2 vehicles is available nereby and our staff will be happy to assist you with parking arrangements during your stay.
