We want to enjoy your stay, we are not a party house. Only guests booked are able to stay at the property. Extra guests not booked, with a maximum of 10 are welcome at and additional $55/adult/night and $25/night/child. Extra beds used will be charged at full adult rate for the duration of your stay if not advised. Whilst we appreciate accidents do happen, any damage caused by misuse and excessive cleaning at $25 per hour will also be charged to your nominated credit card prior to your stay.
