I apologize for your disappointment with our accommodation.
We have never received complaint about the mosquito netting on the windows. These are things anyone might miss on a regular day, which is why we had not seen it ourselves. Now that we have been made aware, we placed an order to have it taken care of, as I stated on the phone- thank you for bringing it to our attention, and I am sorry that we were unable to install netting during your stay, as we did not have any extra in our garage. Netting is not considered a maintenance emergency to have our maintenance man come in unscheduled. I am sorry the office was not open, and we have discussed this with the employee given those hours, and we will do our best to avoid this in the future. We do not have air conditioning advertised- and it is quite normal in Lake Tahoe, most homes and hotels do not have air conditioning.
North Lake Tahoe is only given one option for wifi. This company only has one T1 line running from Reno to Tahoe, meaning that all of the Wi-Fi is off one line. During busy times (weekends-mid-summer), their equipment is quite overloaded everywhere, causing a delay in all of north lake, not just our inn.
Our pool has not been a part of our listing in over a year as to avoid any confusion to it's opening, though one of our complimentary amenities- our hot tub- is open year-round.
As noted in your review, we are very sorry that we were unable to do more, and though we know that does not fix your unpleasant experience, we hope we have a chance to redeem ourselves some time in the future.
