THE HOUSE - A traditional Regency Townhouse built in 1827, elegantly furnished and decorated to a high standard to reflect the period. Located in a peaceful palm lined cul-de-sac. The house has a pretty courtyard to the rear and suntrap garden to the front in which to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or cup of tea.
KITCHEN DINER - Continental Breakfast is provided in the lovely, bright, kitchen dining room. Guests are welcome to help themselves to Tea and Coffee throughout their stay and can pop a bottle of wine in the fridge.
I am happy for guests to bring in takeaways to the kitchen dining area.

BATHROOM - Large and luxurious modern bathroom on the first floor, containing a fabulous bath with separate walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin . There is an additional toilet and washbasin on the half landing, next to the bedrooms.
BEDROOMS - second floor
Bedrooms are booked for a single party only, I can accommodate a maximum of five guests.
When you book a room or rooms, there will be NO other guests staying, other than yourself or yourself and your friends. To explain further; the first two people stay at the seasonal rate, thereafter guests are charged at £35 per person per night.
If you are wanting single occupancy, the first room is also booked at the seasonal rate, thereafter each guest is charged £35 person per night.
BEDROOM ONE - Rear aspect, spacious room, double bed, enjoys morning sun, very quiet, overlooking gardens
BEDROOM ROOM TWO - Front aspect, double bed, afternoon sun, looks out onto Morrab Place
BEDROOM THREE - Comfortable, light airy room, single bed, looks out onto Morrab Place.
