Our place is located almost directly across the lake from Conneaut Lake Park, one row back from the lake with a shared lakefront lawn. The house enjoys a big and open floor plan with plenty of places to gather and enjoy the lake, both inside and out. We're within a few miles of Conneaut Lake downtown, restaurants and shopping, and Meadville. In warm months, we reserve weekends for guests looking to stay for at least 2 nights. If you have any questions, please ask!
The house is a 2400 square foot, two story house with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. On the first floor, there is a living room and adjoining dining room that has plenty of space. Currently, the dining room table is small and seats four people, although more chairs can be pulled up. Coming off of the living/dining space is what we like to call the sunroom. It's basically another large living room space with a television and a view of the lake. It's our favorite place in the house! On the other side of the living/dining room is the kitchen with bar. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials- pots, pans, silverware, plates/bowls, cups/mugs, coffee maker, kettle, etc. As well, there is a large refrigerator and a stove/oven that guests can use (note: please don't burn down the house!). **Please note that there is no air conditioning on the first floor, but we do have fans available that help keep it cool.
On the second floor are the three bedrooms separated by a common area. In the common area are bunk beds and a trundle bed that can each sleep one person (or maybe two very small children). The master bedroom has a queen size bed and it's own bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has three twin size beds and a desk. All of the bedrooms have closet space that guests can use and window air-conditioning units. There is a second full bathroom off the common room for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms to use.
The house has a garage that I store my car in when we're not there. Guests can access the garage to store bikes, lake gear, etc. but please be respectful of my vehicle and other belongings that may be stored there. There is not room for guests to park their cars in the garage, sorry! Behind the garage is a laundry room. Guests can use this space to clean off, store things, do laundry, etc., just be respectful of the items in the room please.
Outside, we have a driveway that guests can park in. Off the driveway, there is a large yard with a firepit for guests to use. In the back of the house (off the sunroom) is a back patio. If requested, guests can use our gas grill out here. From the front yard, guests will be able to see the connecting lawn that heads to the lake right across from the dirt road. We have equal access to this space with the other homes in the neighboorhood, and guests need to be very respectful of the neighbors when using this space.

Guests can access all rooms. We ask that you please be respectful of our belongings, as we do live in the house in the summer months. Our car is in the garage, so if you enter there, please keep clear of the car. Please do not go in the storage space above the garage - we keep our pet monster chained up there. Be warned.
Guests can access all rooms. Some of our belongings may be in the closets. We ask that you respectfully steer clear of these. Feel free to use the remaining space in the closets for your own clothes.
It's important to us that our guests understand that the shared yard space near the dock is not ours alone. Guests need to be extremely respectful and courteous while using this space as the other residents who co-own it may be using it at the same time as you. Unfortunately, the legal dock ownership agreement forbids guests to use the dock. If we begin to get complaints from our neighbors, we will have to restrict access to the shared lawn as well, and we really don't want to do that to our guests!

I live on the other side of the planet, so it's unlikely you'll meet me in person. However, my in-laws, Ken and Laurie, live 30 minutes away. You'll likely meet them upon arrival, unless you're coming in late or at a time they can't let you in personally. They will be coming the afternoon/evening you leave to tidy up as well. They're maybe the nicest people on earth, so if you need anything, they'll be willing to help. As well, I'm an email or Airbnb message away, and can help when available. Just keep in mind that I'm 12 hours ahead of you, and we'll be fine!
