I am very sorry to hear that your experience this time is not meet your satisfy, in addition allow me to inform you that the individual dirty underwear and clothes is belong to all of the guest that stay in this room. We also already inform them to keep it properly. The second issue was the hotel staff can not communicate in English after I investigate the staff who escort you to the room she is fluent in English, the staff service mind we will improve and train all of them to provide the best service to our exceptional guests.
