The house is surrounded by a 2000 m2 garden with a small swimming pool and fruit trees. Possibility of half board with the adjacent family restaurant. The area of "Kreuttal" in Weinviertel, where is located the Villa, is considered Austria's Chianti.

The area of "Kreuttal" in Weinviertel, where is located the Villa, is considered Austria's Chianti: in fact, the landscape, typically hilly, is characterized by a myriad of vineyards and stretches of wheat fields. Numerous bike paths radiate directly from the Villa; cycling in contact with the wonderful nature offers you hours of relax before or after visiting the wonderful museums and shopping in the royal Vienna (18 Km.) Nearby you can practice some sports: horse riding (100 mt), tennis (900 m), summer swimming, archery, basketball, beach volleyball, ice skating, bowling and others (4 km reachable by bicycle on the bike path or by train with just one stop). A feature of Weinviertel are the "Heurigen", typical wine cellars open in summer (some even in winter), where, at reasonable prices, you can taste the good house wine accompanied by simple traditional dishes.
