Stay in this New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation landmarked home that was built by cornetist and bandleader Nick LaRocca, composer of the first ever Jazz recording with the ODJB. The home itself has been carefully restored over the last year. Brand new Casper mattresses, Levolor light filtering shades, clawfoot tub, DirecTV w/ premium channels, washer / dryer in unit, off street parking available, one block off Magazine Street!

De ruimte
Nick LaRocca, cornetist and band leader of the Original Dixieland Jazz Band, and composer of the first ever jazz record, suffered a nervous breakdown on tour in 1927. he returned home to New Orleans soon after. Upon his home coming he began to build this very house for his family. Today it is a New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation landmark and we're excited to share it with you.

This apartment is 3 bedroom / 1 bath one block off of Magazine St. & Jackson Ave. The apartment includes new Casper Matresses ( 1 King, 1 Queen, & 1 Full) as well as a pull out couch. Other amenities include premium DirecTV package, clawfoot tub, high speed internet, washer / dryer in unit, and available parking in driveway.
