Over deze ruimte
Welcome to our cozy private studio apartment in DC’s vibrant neighborhood Columbia Heights! The studio is a private English basement apartment in a Victorian-style 3-story row house, with separate entrance, kitchen and bathroom. It is 2 blocks from the Columbia Heights metro and close to a variety of shops and delicious restaurants. Can accommodate up to 4 people (queen bed + sofa bed).
Our place is in a quiet street with typical DC row houses and beautiful trees that are particularly charming in spring and summer. The apartment was recently renovated and furnished. It is perfect for 1 or 2 guests, but it can accommodate up to 4 guests (it has a queen bed and a convertible sofa bed).
The space is about 750 square feet (70 square meters), and you’ll have your own kitchen with a microwave oven, electric stove, fridge, kettle, pans, plates, utensils, etc. It also has a good size closet and a chest of drawer. The studio includes a living room space with a sofa, table and a flat TV (cable TV). Wifi internet is also provided. The dining space has a nice coffee table with 2 stools – and you will find additional chairs in the closet. The apartment also includes a bathroom with shower.

My wife Jihane and I have lived in DC for 5 years, first in Foggy Bottom, before we fell in love with Columbia Heights. Before that, we lived in Paris, France. We jointly speak English, French, Spanish and Tunisian (and very rusty German). We love traveling around the world (most recently to Costa Rica and Italy) and consider ourselves foodies.
