This is a remodeled lower level of a house on East Bay with a private entrance and 200 feet of private beach. Several beach inflatables and life jackets are available to use. On the "shades of blue" bay, wildlife includes ducks, geese, loons, swans, and the occasional eagle looking for a meal. The ten wineries on the peninsula provide wine tasting and spectacular views. There are also bike and hiking trails nearby, and Traverse City is only minutes away.
Fishing is great from the end of the dock! If you want to fish but have no experience, we will show you and provide a pole to use. (Fishing license required for age 17 and older.) You can also dock your boat. After a fun-filled day, grill your favorite meal and relax beside the campfire. Wake up to an amazing sunrise, and enjoy another day! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids.

Greg is a retired cabinetmaker and still enjoys working with wood. He loves to fish and to be near water. Bonnie is a retired teacher and enjoys hiking, biking, and doing crafts. We enjoy seeing people happy and do our best to make that happen. As hosts we like to make guests as comfortable as possible by providing a home away from home. Our motto for life: "Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them."
