IN-TOWN LOCATION! , an inviting and warmly decorated home in the sought-after Cottonwoods Townhouses, backs up to open space. Quiet, peaceful setting, yet close to the shops, restaurants and fun of the Main Street core! About 3 blocks to Main Street (ten minute walk).

DOGS ALLOWED - (Up to Two) With pre-approval and pet fee of $20 per night. (See Dog Rules under BOOKING). Dog fee is added after booking reservation.
WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN - You'll find just about anything you need to make most meals (pots, pans, utensils, baking dishes and pans). There is also a griddle, crock pot and Propane BBQ grill.
BEDDING: Consists of King in master, Queen in second bedroom, two twins in third bedroom, queen sleeper sofa (no bars!) in living room, and single rollaway bed to put where you desire!
PARKING: Townhouse comes with two stall attached garage (caution: Low Clearance!). There is also parking for 2 cars in front of the garage. Street parking available on space available basis on the south side of Williams Way. Off site trailer parking is available at: Cliff Rock RV and Toy Storage (daily and weekly parking available) 745 Kane Creek (435)260-1632. For bike enthusiasts, there is a mechanic's bike stand in the garage if you need to work on your bike.
GREAT IN-TOWN LOCATION: Guests can take off for adventures, and if someone opts to stay behind without a car, it is a ten minute walk to the bookstore, shops and restaurants of the Main Street core. Plus there are miles of pathways and trails to explore right outside our door!
GREAT OUTDOOR SPACES: This townhome has a private, fenced and gated backyard (especially great amenity for those with dogs or small children) with plenty of seating to soak in Moab after your adventurous day! Wildlife often visits the open space behind the property. If you peek over the fence, you are likely to see deer, birds and flocks of wild turkeys! Grab a bundle of wood and enjoy a little fire in the fire pit!

INDOOR 4-SEASON HEATED POOL located a few doors away (last building to the west)

SWIMMING POOL: Four season heated indoor common area swimming pool is available for guest use (just a few doors away, last building to the west). Sorry, no common area hot tub on property. Large pool towels available in laundry room.

WALK TO MAIN STREET! About a ten minute walk to Main Street, or quick bike ride.

OWNER OPERATED: We have owned and rented out this townhome with a local management company for six years, but have recently (effective June 2017) taken over management ourselves. You will deal with us directly as owners, and have a Moab-based manager for in-town management.

POOL HOUSE: Walk to street in front of house and turn left (west). The POOL HOUSE is the last building to the west. There is also a shower and bathroom there if everyone is getting ready at once and you need another option! The code to the pool is located next to the main entry door of the townhouse.

GARBAGE: Garbage Container located in wooden enclosure behind gate. Trash goes out Wednesday evening for early Thursday morning pick up. Our manager will take care of putting out the trash cans and bringing them back in.

RECYCLING: Moab has now begun curbside recycling with a recycle bin that accepts many, but not all recyclable items. PLEASE only put acceptable items in bin, or it will be deemed contaminated and will not be picked up. RECYCLING cans go out every two weeks.

For other recycling needs, there is a large recycling center on 1000 Sand Flats Rd (on way to Slickrock Bike Trail). They take most recyclable items. Go to moabrecycling.org for more information and facility hours. There is a small recycling collection facility behind the Moab Visitor Center (south side of parking lot) for glass bottles and aluminum cans.

Located about three blocks west of the happening Main Street Moab core, but a quiet neighborhood.

Scott Matheson Nature Preserve is located nearby on Kane Creek Blvd. Great bird watching!

'No Name BMX Park' located at west end of street. If you have dare-devil kids, they will love this! Or watch the locals do their crazy bike stunts!

The Swanny City Park is located nearby. Nice and grassy. Farmer's Market, skateboard park, rec center with 'fun pool'.
