I welcome careful, respectful travellers to a delightful, bright, sunny, airy self contained 2 bed, 1 bath upper apartment looking over the Coastal Path, just yards from the sea. King and twin rooms.
Relax and switch off in this amazing ideally situated, amazing location.
Ample parking just outside, main bus routes, 7 day shop 6 am - 10 pm, and Post Office within (free access to cash), pub, take-away, pharmacy, hairdressers/beauticians + ice cream shop.
Utility room downstairs with washing machine, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner and storage. Washing basket and pegs are kept in base units. 2 x clothes props are stored here too.
Coat hooks and shoe stand in hallway.
All other rooms are upstairs with 4 sea facing windows to the front, and 4 additional windows to the rear. The building only has 2 storeys.
Front king size bed, fully fitted room,inc. dressing table, stool + mirror. Bedside cupboards and lamps, and also including over stairs cupboard to accommodate your suitcases etc. Ample number + variety of coathangers.
Twin 3' beds, fitted wardrobe/cupboard and dressing table area, stool and mirror. Bedside cupboards and lamps. Ample coathangers.
Bathroom with window, large shower cubicle, w.c. and basin, mirror and storage. All to be completely refitted prior to Christmas 2017.
Fully fitted integrated kitchen appliances inc. upright fridge + freezer, gas hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher (tablets supplied) and microwave. Extensive selection of crockery, utensils, gadgets, pans, cutlery etc. Gas central heating boiler within large cupboard. Iron and ironing board.
Lounge and dining area for 4, office desk area, 3 + 2 seater settees, rocking chair, lamps, coffee table, T.V./DVD player, numerous storage areas and lots of books, DVD's etc. + some games for you to enjoy during your stay.

Garden to front, facing the sea. Property faces south (URL HIDDEN) enjoy the sun from early morning and afternoon on the front.....with the evening sun full on in the evenings to the rear.
Recycling dustbins are accessed through a passageway along the side of the property, around the rear. Washing lines are also in this rear area too, should you wish to use these. Clothes props are in the utility room x 2.

I live very close and will usually be available in person to meet you on arrival. Otherwise, I can be reached via my mobile 'phone.
In my absence, my friend Marion will be available to meet you.

I have gathered an array of information/leaflets/bus timetables etc. for your use during your stay. Places to go, things to do, theatres etc.
You'll find all these relevant items filed within the office area in the lounge. Lots of information on Edinburgh too. I do so hope you'll find these useful during your holiday and that they'll help to enhance your experience.
If you need any further information at all, please just let me know.
There are several supermarkets in the area, all offering delivery services. If you wish you can order online for delivery subsequent to your arrival to make things easier for you.
- No children under 12. Please leave shoes downstairs, spare slippers are available for you to use, just in case you forget your own.
- Minimum stay 3 nights. Arrive from 3 pm onwards, leaving by 10.30am on your leaving morning please.
*Please note that the Security Deposit is not ever paid, unless there is damage done. I am using this purely as a safeguard. I do so hope you'll understand my position in this regard.*

Stunning uninterrupted views, constantly changing, it's an amazing spot...away from the 'tourist' areas.
