Friday/Monday changeovers preferred.
Cottage in a quiet but not isolated cider-producing area. The garden is good for bird watching or children's play, but not at the same time... Nearby Le Sap, within cycling distance, is one of the few local villages with pre-1940 buildings. The Normandy beaches are accessible for day trips by car, and the area has many sights for the Denouement, with one of the 4 remaining tiger tanks nearby.
The cottage would be good for those en route to the South.
All welcome, LBGTQI friendly, but the different levels make the property unsuitable for wheelchair users. Both bedrooms are up a fairly wide staircase with a handrail although we are happy to put the 2 folding beds downstairs in the main room.
*Please be aware that the main bedroom is accessed through the second bedroom; the second twin bedroom is therefore probably better for children.*
There is a downstairs toilet, hand basin and a tiny French bath with shower attachment.

Andere dingen waar je op moet letten
As the property is new to us (30th June 2017) and we are new to airbnb, we would welcome constructive comments as to ways of improving your stay.
- We would appreciate you watering the herb garden - feel free to use the herbs in your cooking.
- As is common in the area the toilets are not connected to mains sewerage but a septic tank. Therefore only the "3 P's" (pee/poo/paper) can be flushed down the loo.
- changeover days Friday and Monday, minimum 3 day stay, £25 cleaning fee and £10 service fee per changeover
Vanaf 5 januari 2018 - 23 februari 2018 geldt er een minimumverblijf van 7 nachten.
I like swimming, cheese, knitting, sewing, reading and singing at various times. All the activities are undertaken with more enthusiasm than talent.
I like to travel by public transport or in my old VW camper van.
