This remodeled two-bedroom vacation condominium with garden views in Kihei is a great base for discovering the Southside of Maui. This condo has many upgrades throughout including a new Split Air conditioning system to help keep you cool on those warm summer days.

The fully equipped kitchen and both bathrooms have been remodeled. The kitchen upgrades include a brand-new LG refrigerator and fixtures as well as upgraded cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms both have newly retiled showers- the master bedroom is a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower with a tub. There are wood floors in the common areas and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with two adorable nightstands on either side. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The living space in this condo has a large L-shaped couch surrounding the flat-screened television and gives you access to your private lanai and sweet views of the well-kept foliage on the grounds of the complex. Aside from the thoughtful furniture and tasteful remodel, this condo also has high-speed internet and HD cable TV with DVR are standard in this condo.

This condominium complex in South Kihei has two pools on property for their guests to use and even has BBQ gas grills so you can enjoy some lunch at the pool or dinner under the stars. Each building has an elevator for ease of access and lots of beautiful foliage to decorate your Hawaiian vacation. This property also has tennis courts for the days you feel like being more active.

Located near Makena, this condo complex is across beautiful beaches and near local favorites for shopping and dining. Across from the property is Kamaole Beach Park II and Kamaole Beach Parks I and III are located only a short walk to the right or left. After some fun in the sun, find some good eats at Cafe O Lei, Fred's Mexican Cafe, or 808 Deli. If you feel like shopping around and gathering some souvenirs for home, swing by Kihei Kalama Village open-air market where you can find trinkets and attire signature to Maui. You can even dine in some of the great restaurants in the area such as Three's Bar and Grill or Kihei Cafe. For more familiar options, Starbucks Coffee Company, Safeway, and Ross are located in the Piilani Shopping Center right up the road.
