The 1st train out of Geneva leaves at 05:20 and the last 22:20
Direct trains from Geneva Airport to Aigle leave from the main airport railway station which is underground; it is well signed from the main terminal building. The route is served by Swiss InterRegio trains which take between 80 and 90 minutes for the journey, making six intermediate stops along the way.
This is a magnificent journey for sightseeing. On a good day, you’ll have wonderful views across Lake Geneva to the Alps beyond. There is an especially lovely stretch east of Lausanne as the railway cuts through the Lavaux vineyards. Just before arriving at Aigle, you’ll see the famous Château de Chillon on the lakeshore to your right.
The train from Aigle to Champéry is a journey of 56 minutes.
If you need transport from the train station, message your arrival time and, if possible, we will be there to take you to Le Mazot (5 mins in the car).

Hi I'm Suzanne, a Swiss Australian from Sydney but I have lived in Champéry for more than 25 years now. I like hiking, skiing & partying! I love to cook and I'm a registered beekeeper. My husband Jacques is a local yocal.. a Champerlain! We are super sporty, love the mountains, and love where we live. Champéry has it all.... biking & hiking in the Summer and skiing in the Winter. We also like to travel and meet other 'bnb'ers. Switzerland is great for country hopping... our favs are Italy Agritourism (agricultural tourism) perfect for travelling with our 2 golden retrievers and London for their theatres, lively bars & restaurants. Carpe diem.
