I have addressed the issue of reception staff with management and will be looked into. As for the cleanliness, we have a full time cleaner who cleans the unit daily, so I am surprised that you found the unit un-cleaned. I am sure you met her the following day as you have mentioned in your respond. I will however follow up and get the facts straight. Our carpet in the rooms is less that one year old and we clean it regularly however we have realised that maybe a carpet is not good for this place as it is being used by different guests who are treating the place differently. We are going to change it this month. As for WiFi, the hotel has free WiFi. I ahould have advised you to asked for the password from reception. I have picked up that communication between us was a concern to you. I will improve it for future guests. Thanks for your feedback, I am confident it will help us improve our service.
