Hi Seyoon, I am very sorry about your experience, to date we have not had any guests with such complaints. The home is cleaned professionally after every visit, I still do not understand why you waited until after your stay to voice your concerns. We were in constant communication during your entire visit, at no point did you mention you needed anything or were unhappy with the unit, in fact, your last message to me was "We are leaving. We were happy to stay at your place. Key is in the lock". Check in is at 3:00 you mentioned in your initial message that you would be arriving at 5, you later messaged me indicating that you would be arriving at 4 which I had no problem with as check-in is at 3. The detergent and softener are in the cupboard to the left of the Washer Dryer which has never been an issue for a guest to locate in the past, however, had you just asked I could have cleared that up for you. "The man" living downstairs is a tenant which is indicated in the listing and has not been an issue until today. As for the dishes, yes, one set of everything is left for each guest as mentioned in ad. As for "monitoring your in and outs, room temperature" yes, the home features an August smart lock and Nest thermostat for your convenience. As for the washroom, I find this accusation hard to believe as I personally inspect the unit after every cleaning. If that were true, I think it was a big enough deal that you could have contacted me so I could have done something resolve the issue and make the rest of your stay enjoyable.
At the end of the day, I believe that many of your accusations are false and blown out of proportion, for the most part of this could have been resolved had you just mentioned these issues when you were already messaging me to inquire about the city. Unlike other Airbnb's in the area, my unit is consistently booked by satisfied guests, skim through the comments and you can see that my previous guests were all satisfied, this was definetly an isolated incident.
