Parth was a terrible guest who, thankfully, does not reflect 99% of people we come across. He was in town for an interview and totally blamed us for the undesired outcome. He initially chose our place because it was 5 minutes away from Jamaica Hospital (his interview) but later, senselessly complained that our train stop was too far from Manhattan. He complained about "rocks" in the apartment. Seriously, who has rocks all over the apartment? In actuality, our neighborhood was hit hard by the "Bomb Cyclone" with downed power lines, cracked water mains, as well as shutting down the airport. In accordance to NYC laws we have to spread rock salt on our steps and sidewalk for safety reasons. Those "rocks" Parth mentioned were tracked into the apartment by his companion and himself due to the fact they were our only guests at the time and we only went into their apartment during check in where we showed them the place. He even complained about the noise of the snowplows, the train, and neighbors which we don't even have any control over. Parth called Airbnb and gave false complaints which under investigation were deemed unsubstantiated and frivolous.
