It is disclosed in Airbnb upon booking that it is not included in the rental price, A studio apartment is expected to consume average 50 bahts per day but can still go beyond that amount depending on how mindful the guests are with their air-conditioning use. We do inform our guests that only check out cleaning is included in their rental, and if they do need extra cleaning within the duration of their stay they are encouraged to inform us and we do provide extra cleaning service with an associated charge. And though we do not directly provide this service, we do direct our guests to our trusted partner who can assist them with this need, given that the guest inquired to us about it.
