We're really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the space and the well-connected location of the flat as it has all the necessary amenities nearby. We are sorry that you felt uncomfortable with our belongings in the property. As hosts we want our guests to feel as comfortable as we do in our home and will take your feedback onboard to ensure this. We are sorry that you felt the shower was cramped and we do hope this was not too much of an inconvenience to you. With the unexpected heatwave we hope you can understand that it is rare for any London property to be fitted with A/C but we would have been happy to provide you with some fans to tackle the heat had you mentioned this during your stay. Unfortunately, due to public transport in London being rather unpredictable, our welcome wizard was delayed between check-ins earlier in the day and we sincerely apologise for keeping you waiting.
