Edward has booked my place but his friend Kenny were checking in and he come later. As we were abroad and Airbnb platform were the best for communicating, his friend had problem to reach us. We have already provided the check in instruction on Airbnb platform but his friend does not has access to this. Therefore, there were some delay during checking in as we could not communicate directly with Kenny. Then there were complain of the freshly cleaned room where they wanted to open the locked windows. We are having the windows keys at the property agency so it took some time and I have already told Kenny it will take at least until the next day to get the keys. We also had to ask our friend help to wipe some dust on the windowsill that they are not comfortable with and get the windows key from the property agency office. Then when our friend came early in the morning to give the keys the next day, they have already left without notifying us of any other problem. Before they check in, the room is already cleaned and the sheets were changed to clean new sheets and the house door is always closed.
In short they were very fussy and demanding, caused a lot of stress and hardly communicate with us. We did our best to accommodate this guest's very exacting requirements during their stay - it may be that they are more suited to 5* hotel accommodation and amenities than a shared family home.
