First of all I would like to say “Thank you very much for your feedback” You feedback is our valuable gift. It is meaningful and powerful, I do believe.
Now let me clarify the situation for each circumstances and here they are:
1. Soon after you booked our place, I sent you a long messages content about how to get to our place, I give you the name of our place and clearly explain the road the junction after you drive in the Silom soi 3. I also pointed out that there is a True coffee shop located right at our place. I gave you the content in Thai language in order that you can show it to a taxi driver.
In that messages, I gave you the contact person (Mr. M with his phone number) because Mr M can easily reach the security guard whenever I was busy, I do really care of our guests. My team have to work together though we stay in different places.
All above information, I also did sent a message to you asking “where are you” but for some reason of internet getting malfunction, the message was not sent to you. However, I did call Mr. M and asking him whether or not you had checked in yet or not. He answered me that you and your family checked in already then I did not want to disturb you since it was late at night.
2. For the cutlery set, our guests are from different countries in the world. They totally have different cultures. That is why we have to keep our assets in the proper place but we are ready to provide to our guests when the request made.
3. I noticed that you had asked so many questions to me before booking a room then I assume that if you want to know more any information, you can freely ask me but I get no responses or any requests from you and I thought that you love a private life and I should not disturb your time.
Last but not least, I am thankful to you and I hope you have a very happy life with your family in Mauritius.
