First of all my apologies for the problem you faced regarding the cleanliness. After detail discussion, I understand there was dust in the room. You could have just called me or the staff to get it cleaned. i understand it is expected that everything should have been neat and clean, the booking happened last minute and staff may have rushed with cleaning but we could have rectified it easily, its not a commercial property for me, its a small dream which we husband wife have got into reality with lot of efforts and unfortunately i was not present on the farm during your stay. Its always pleasure hosting the guests on farm like family. I wish you could have communicated, it could have been a better day for you and one more great experience for me. Again pls accept my apologies. If there are problems there are solutions as well, if not given a chance to rectify, how we will improve. I wish you had given chance to me n my staff, we could have gone any extra mile to make your stay memorable.
