It was very unexpected and surprising to view your review.
We were honored with your visit with your family for 11 days.
But unfortunately you did not stop complaining, about small things because of your refusal of paying the Security Deposit.
Among other things, you constantly argued about:
Not paying the transport - Absence of fruit on the table
Not able to BBQ on the Balcony - Your demand of extra kitchen utensils (which we provided) - Absence of drinks - Your refusing to pay the SECURITY deposit - your refusal to pay Electricity Usage for 11 days.
Your calling our Representative every day to connect the WiFi (every day)
Calling local people for explanation of the need of Security Deposit.
All these arguments followed by threats to call the Police or AirBNB.
On your future booking, please, respect the house rules.
We remind you, whenever you go even for one nithe, there will be a security Deposit required. And if you book through AirBNB for one of our properties, we will ask you a Security Deposit again.
Therefore, please respect the house rule and AIRBNB rules, just like we do.
BUT US, as a respect to our Guests, not to publicize their shortcomings, we gave you a four star review, so your departure will end with honor.
