Hi dear, firstly, im really sorry about your acident of booking. But i think i explained you clearly.
1. Right after you booked my house, i texted you , sent you my address and ask about check-in time.
When you didnt answer, i texted you again to remind you let me know your arrival time but you still didnt answer. When you booked the house, you asked me that was it possible to check in earlier, so my house manager waited for you from 2pm - 10pm at the house because we worried that if he was not there, you came and you couldnt find the house. But now you said we didnt try to contact you???
2. On our conservation, you said you didnt notice that you booked my house and you only know what when you come back home from your holiday, but i texted you 2 times, and every one knows that when you book a house on airbnb, you will receive 2 or 3 notifications from airbnb and bank via email , so that means when i tried to contact you, you also didnt notice. Pls dont say that i didnt try to contact you.
3. Before booking the house, airbnb will ask you again that " do you agree with house rule: no noise after 10pm, no shoese in the house and strict cancelation " , you only have to say "YES" then you can finish booking my house .
I explained you 2 times that because you didnt come and let me know so i can not cancel this day for other guests book, i dont break airbnb's policy and i do business, even it's your fault so why do i have refund you?
