As far as photos are concerned, as proved by my 4.8/5 rating on precision, they perfectly show how my flat is. As far as the flexibility on check-in and check-out is concerned I am very surprised about your comment: Indeed, the day before your arrival, you asked me to postpone your check-in time and I glady reorganised my planning to meet your requirements."Hi Simona! We have a delay tomorrow. We will be there between 17:30 and 18:00. Sorry. Is this ok?" (instead of 15:00). I would have expected you to be thankful for that. As far as your check-out is concerned, unfortunatly, as clearly said before, I had another guest arriving the same day and I could not let you check-out at 16:00 as requested. Please note that I proposed an alternative for your luggage with a special discount. A small "thank you" would have been greatly appreciated ;) As far as smell and windows are concerned, should you have let me know during your stay, I would have gladly send someone to fixe the problem. It is a shame you never complained about that. Anyway, I take this opportunity to remind that smoking is absolutly forbidden in my house. As far as hot water is concerned, as said during your check-in, it is strongly advised not to spoil the water which is a precious good. Thank you anyway for your stay.
