We are sorry you had issues receiving your information pack, we will contact Air BNB and find out why they did not forward our emails to you as we do NOT have any personal email addresses for you or any of our guests. All our communications are sent to your Air BNB email address.
As our welcome letter is quite comprehensive, and following feedback from our Air BB guests, they prefer a printable format of the cottage and its surroundings.
