West Grange Hall is a large country house built in the early 1800s for the Trevelyan family of nearby Wallington Hall. It was purchased by the current owner in 2016 and has undergone a room by room £750,000 restoration to its former glory. 9 available bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and stately public rooms including the library, drawing room, dining room and inner hall are all yours to enjoy; along with access to a modern country kitchen and boot room.

The West Grange Estate sits 10 miles West of Morpeth, surrounded by some of Northumberland's most impressive landmarks: Wallington Hall, Cragside, Rothbury, Alnwick Castle, The Alnwick Garden ... and more.

One or two well behaved dogs are welcome by prior agreement either inside the house or in kennels if you prefer. We have the capacity for up to 8 horses or ponies to join you on your stay.

Our staff can be provided if required, at additional cost, to organise everything from a one-off formal silver service dinner in the dining room, or full catering for your entire stay. You will be made to feel like the Hall and surrounding estate are yours for the duration of your stay, a truly magical experience in the beautiful Northumbrian countryside.

We do not accept bookings for stag or hen parties due to previous poor experiences and our view that the property is not suitable for this type of event. Bookings made under the pretence of a suitable event that transpire to be stag and hen events will, regrettably, be refused entry.
