We are very upset to hear about your bad experience. I would like to address your points in hope of clearing a few things up.
Firstly, with you booking with very little notice, our main office had not noticed the booking in time to pass the booking and your details on to our Bristol location. Of course this was our oversight and we have ammended our short term booking policies to ensure this problem does not happen again. We have also spoke to our colleagues based at our hiring locations to ensure they are familiar with the process.
Secondly, we have many years experience in renting cars, however are only just branching out into Campervan rentals. This addresses the point of us having multiple listings but very few reviews, we hope that our reviews will increase in the near future as more people begin to book and use our campers.
Lastly, we would like to sincerely apologise for the experience that you encountered and rest assured we are doing our utmost to continuously provide an excellent service.
