1. We had reply on all your enquiries during you make the reservation, and we understand that, you would like to change the reservation or cancel the reservation, we hadd inform you that, any cancellation make before 7 days is fully refund from airbnb. If after 7 days that will be charge. As all the information we had stated clearly in the Cancellation policy and information in airbnb listing.
2. All the listing we had updated, we really appologize on the washing machine dryer, as the dryer was broke so we are change the washing machine and due to there is balcony, so we are not using any dryer, because dryer will not totally dry out the clothes. About the electronic induction cooker, we had check it is work well. and we had clean the room every guest check out, and the dust is because is located at high floor and with open concept balcony. but we had make sure all things is clean in the room.
3. About the parking, we unable to do anything as when we purchase the property, and is allocate by the building management. That we unable to change. We are provide FREE Car park to the guest.
4. Regarding the TV, we are using smart TV for the unit, so you can view the program using the Smart TV so is not using the anthena cable TV. You can view any program through youtube.
