APARTMENT:
We have prepared this apartment for families and for groups that need an apartment with more rooms. It also has two full bathrooms for added comfort. It is available on the first floor of a building without an elevator

The apartment has a large interior patio for the exclusive use of this apartment where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch in privacy but outside. The rooms are oriented towards this large patio, making them very quiet. The living room and dining room face the street and have two balconies with large windows through which wonderful light enters.

The living room is divided into two spaces: the dining area and the living area. The dining room is prepared for six diners at a comfortable and wide table. In the dining area we have installed a work table next to the Wifi for those who need to work during their stay. The living room has a sofa and two comfortable armchairs. It is an ideal place to converse and chat with family and friends.

The apartment also has a spacious entrance hall, where you can leave your shoes, coats, backpacks etc, and thus be able to maintain order during our stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, hood, large refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, etc. Everything you may need to cook for a group of up to 6 people. Two full bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and the other with a shower complete the rooms of the apartment and allow greater comfort when preparing to visit the city. We also have a washing machine and two areas where you can hang out, one indoors for rainy days and the other outdoors in our patio.

The building is located on a very quiet and safe pedestrian street at night, although it has a lot of life during the day, with a restaurant, shops, supermarkets, cafes, etc. Everything is at hand.

SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
One of the attractions of this apartment is the private patio that it has inside. We have installed a table and chairs so that you can use the patio to eat or be with family and friends. The patio is for the EXCLUSIVE use of our guests, so you will not share it with anyone

The apartment has unlimited fiber WIFI at a speed of 100Mb. The router is located under the desk table. So if you need a stable Ethernet connection for work reasons, you can connect directly to the router.

We have air conditioning hot / cold in the dining room / living room and in each of the bedrooms. It is independent in each zone so that each user could program the temperature that suits them best.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. We will leave it in the cabinets of the rooms. The wardrobes are spacious and you can leave your clothes in them. Bathrooms have toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash. Also hair dryer.

Guests will have access to the entire property and will have two sets of keys during their stay. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Calle San Eloy is and always has been a very commercial pedestrian street in Seville. The street breathes life during business hours and the bars and restaurants on this street are among the most traditional in the city, such as the famous San Eloy patio or the San Eloy cupboard. However, both the shops and the bars and restaurants are not noisy, as it is not about bars or discos, just places to eat or dine. The street is pedestrian.
