I have 100% positive reviews regarding the check in. You are the first guest not happy about that. So sorry for that!
You also say that the owner is slow in response, of course, you didn't write me by AIRBNB but by email address and was not you but with your mother's email address that went in my spam box. Do you know that if you book on AIRBNB you should always contact me from AIRBNB?
Also, in this review you say: two people in our party got locked out early in the morning. Not correct, it was 3 o'clock by night :( And I gave you for each room one key of the room and one key of the entrance gate. So total, 8 keys! :(
I will soon improve the description and room's layout so I make sure future guests will not get confused.
