Hi Ruth, thanks for booking our property for your niece, Lanie. Lanie did not return the keys and key card for our property during her Check Out, and when we tried to call you to kindly request for your assistance that it be returned, you hung up the phone 4 times after we told you who was calling. This is not only rude, but actually very strange.
Lanie texted us thanking us for a wonderful stay and said she left the keys in our mailbox. When we checked, no keys were left.
The next day, we saw Lanie in the lobby as she was checked into another unit in the same building. She was surprised to see us, and when we asked for her to please return our keys, she handed them over (which we are very thankful for). However, we now can't be certain the keys haven't been duplicated. As you didn't have a profile photo at the time of this booking, the whole scenario sincerely made us uncomfortable as it very much feels like a modus, which building security confirmed it might potentially be.
We wish you well, and we hope that any Host you encounter in the future does not encounter the same challenge and security risks you imposed on our property during your stay.
