We're very glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay; even if there were some problems. Thank you for understanding when Samsung disturbed you to look at the dishwasher. Apparently, it was blocked, which was probably the source of the smell. This and the doorknob are relatively easy problems to solve. Unfortunately, the lightswitch and windows are a little more difficult. Since the building is on the 16th floor, it is dangerous for our staff to clean the outside of the windows themselves. Nevertheless, I will write a message to the body corporate to request a cleaning as soon as possible. From tomorrow (Oct 1st), the water restrictions will be eased a little. Hopefully that will help as well.
To be honest, I was enjoying our unbroken streak of 5-star reviews, but it seems like you did have an unfair amount of things go wrong. As you suggested, we hope that you really do choose stay at our place again in the future.
