This is a charming one-bedroom apartment in a block of holiday & residential apartments, sharing a nice sized pool, on the outskirts of Marina di Caulonia in Calabria, on the Southern Coast of Italy.
This is one of the most unspoiled areas of Italy and has only recently woken up to the world of tourism; it's very popular with Italians from teh North of the country during July and August, when the little coastal town really comes to life.

The flat is perfectly clean and tidy. It is fully equipped for cooking. The housing complex is quiet and the pool well maintained. Good communication both with the host and the local agent.

Fiona and I came to Kalkan on honeymoon in 2004; we loved the place so much we came back the next year and bought an apartment! We now own four of the five apartments in the block and have been renting them out to holidaymakers very successfully, under the business name…
