Bright room in a modern house with garden bordering park. In easy reach of the restaurants and bars of Crystal Palace, and the football stadium.
This is a small, comfy room with a small double bed (if you're looking for something bigger, take a look at my other listing).
I have a cleaner who comes every week, but this is a normal working family home, so if you're looking for a hermetically sealed sterile bubble, this is probably not the place for you. Otherwise, it'll be great to meet you!
This is a single/small double room in a 5 bedroom house - The bed is a "small double" - which is perfectly fine for 2, but if you want a bigger room, take a look at my other listing.
This quiet road next to a park is Ideal for a break, as a stop off on your way through London, or as a place to work, or crash while you're in the city.
There's a bathroom right outside, and full wireless Internet connection.
I'm happy for you to use the kitchen, garden and the open-plan living area.
If you've got any questions, please drop me a line right now.
Toegang voor gasten
You'll have full access to the open plan communal areas - the dining room, and living room. You can use the kitchen when you like.
The garden and patio are open to guests and make a great place for a BBQ or a glass of wine (and for those with children, there's a small playground within sight of the house). The garden backs onto a local woodland park, so it's regularly visited by squirrels, foxes, woodpeckers and surprisingly, even London's local parrots!
Come and relax.
Please do not leave dead bodies in the cupboard.
I'm a writer and animator, and I work from an office in the garden. This means I'm usually around to help with anything you need.
I've got two young children, who are sometimes around, and I'm usually cooking something interesting most nights.
I've lived in South East London for over 20 years, so I know my way around the city pretty well, and I'd be happy to answer any questions you've got, and help in any way I can during your stay.
I'm an animator and writer of children's books, so I work from an office in the garden, and I'm around most of the time. I've been living in South East London for 20 years now, and have a fairly good idea of my way around the city.
I'm fairly sociable, and I have two children so I'm aware of what's needed if you are travelling with kids.
I look forward to meeting you.
