Well located on Selino Drive within a short drive to freeway access and all of the amenities located in the townships of Berwick, Clyde and Cranbourne. You are also only minutes away from the popular Clyde Primary School, Casey RACE Recreation & Aquatic Centre and Casey Indoor Sports Centre! With additional shopping precincts in Pasadena, Selandra Rise/Cascades on Clyde and The Hunt Club local amenities are always going to be close by, whilst the recently revamped Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre offers an abundance of cafes and restaurants. Not to mention the proposed Cranbourne East train station and the existing ones situated right throughout the South East!

Accommodation Terms and Conditions

1. You (and other members with you) agree to keep the property clean, to leave the property in a similar condition as you found it when you arrived, and to behave in a decent manner at all times while at the property which does not break any local laws and regulations.

2. You commit not to use the property for any illegal or commercial purpose, including but not limited to sub-lease the property or otherwise allowing anyone or more people to stay above the reserved guest number if not previously agreed with the host.

3. You are responsible to any breakage or damage costs (or related costs) in or to the property - along with any extra costs that may result - which are caused by you or any members of your party.

4. The host can refuse to allow you into the property or ask you to leave if they reasonably believe you or any member of your party (or any other person you have invited to the property) are behaving illegally or that any damage is likely to be caused, has been caused or is being caused as a result of your behaviour of you or any members of your party or any person you have invited to the property.

5. You must not hold events (such as parties, celebrations or gatherings) at the property without the advance written consent of the host. If and of the prohibited events took place at the property, the host is entitled to refuse handing over the keys to you or to repossess it. If the host does this, we will treat this as you cancelling the booking. In these situations you will not receive a refund of any money you have paid for your booking and the host will not be legally responsible to you as a result of this situation and the host is under no obligation to find any alternative accommodation for you.

6. You will be held accountable for any breach notices/fines/invoices issued by the Building Management team/Owners Corporate/City Council/Police Department/Security Companies for any regulation breaching activities taken place in the property, which include but not limit to excessive noise made during quiet hours (10PM-8AM), misplacement of rubbish and recyclables, affecting other residents from using the common areas, etc.

7. You and your party will be evicted immediately with no refund if the host have received 3 consecutive high noise level alerts during the quiet hours (10PM – 8AM) from the noise sensor system installed at the property. Any cost incurred during the eviction (such as security patron services, extra staff labour cost, etc) will be paid by you at the scene. Two warnings will be issued before the final eviction.

8. You must not tamper with the noise sensor system installed at the property. The host will have the right to evict your party immediately if a tempering alert is received from the noise sensor devices and your security deposit will be confiscated.

9. You must allow the host or their representatives (including cleaners and maintenance team members), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, the host can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice).

10. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.


ID Verification

Cozy Hosting will keep a photo of your valid Gorvenment issued ID on file during you stay for safety and security concerns.

Cancellations

Deposits will only be refunded if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the booking confirmation. Full refund of deposit will be offered if the reservation is cancelled at least more than 14 days before your check-in date. Refunds of 50% of full rental price will be made if you cancel between 7 and 14 days before your check-in date. If you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date, a refund will only be given at the host’s discretion.

Written Exceptions

Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be written approved by the host in advance.
